Cority pricing and Cority software pricing, with what Cority costs for carbon and EHS

Cority prices by quote: a recurring subscription committed over an initial three-year term, plus a one-time implementation project. The only Cority price list in public is its UK government G-Cloud 14 listing, where a single Safety Cloud module runs £12,443 to £34,650 a year in 2026, users are licensed on top, and implementation is quoted from £10,000 to £200,000. The Sustainability Cloud is not on that list. If the job is one Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory for SB 253, CDP or a customer, published plans start at $2,340 a year.

This page is for a US EHS director, controller or sustainability lead who has Cority on a shortlist, or a Cority renewal on the desk, and wants to know the shape of the number before the next sales call. Cority does not print a US price. It does publish two things a buyer can use: a pricing page on cority.com that explains exactly how a quote is built, and a full price list filed on the UK government's Digital Marketplace, where public bodies buy Cority Safety Cloud and Health Cloud under the G-Cloud 14 framework. Both were read in October 2026.

We sell a competing carbon product, so weigh our half of the page with that in mind. Cority is an EHS platform first, and for a company that runs safety, occupational health and environmental compliance on it, the carbon module is a sensible add-on. A Cority quote has four lines worth reading separately: modules, users, implementation and the yearly uplift.

How much does Cority cost?

Cority costs a module licence fee per solution, a fee per licensed user, and a one-time implementation project, all set by quote. On its UK G-Cloud 14 price list for 2026, single Safety Cloud modules run from £12,443 a year (Audits and Inspections) to £34,650 (Chemical Management), the Safety Essentials package is £27,862 a year plus £53,582 to implement, and administrator licences are £2,350.85 each per year. Safety Essentials with three administrators and 20 power users comes to about £45,100 a year on that list, plus £53,582 to implement.

Cority's own pricing page confirms the structure and adds the contract terms. The subscription is "committed over an initial three-year term", and Cority offers two subscription models. Standard pricing "grows as users and modules are added, alongside an annual uplift". Enterprise pricing is "a fixed fee covering the required modules and integrations, licensed for all employees, with only the annual uplift applying". Three factors drive the total: the solutions selected across safety, health, environmental, quality and sustainability, the number and type of users, and integrations or add-ons.

Cority software pricing for the Sustainability Cloud

The carbon side of Cority, the Sustainability Cloud, has no published price anywhere we could find. Cority's product page describes Scope 1 to 3 tracking "using built-in emission factors", supplier data collection, reporting for frameworks including CDP, GRI, SASB and CSRD, more than 40 frameworks covered and 70+ consultants in its ESG advisory team. Because it is quoted the same way as the rest of CorityOne, the safety list is the best guide to how a sustainability quote is put together: a module licence per solution, user licences on top, an implementation project scoped in a Statement of Work, and advisory services billed separately.

Third-party estimates exist, but none is traceable to Cority. Software directories put CorityOne at roughly $40,000 to $80,000 a year for mid-market to enterprise buyers, and several review sites quote $35 to $75 per user per month plus implementation. Treat those as rumors to test against your own quote, not as prices.

The four lines in every Cority quote

01 Recurring

Module licences

One annual fee per solution. On the UK list a single module is £12,443 to £34,650 in 2026, and two or more modules earn 20% off the module total.

02 Recurring

User licences

Administrators, power users and employee portal users are priced separately. HR, managers and staff who only report through a portal are cheap or free.

03 One-time

Implementation

A Statement of Work project. Fixed at £53,582 for Safety Essentials; sized from £10,000 to £200,000 for other modules.

Cority cost beyond the subscription

Three costs sit outside the licence lines and decide what year one really looks like.

  • The three-year commitment. A first-year quote is one third of the contract. With list prices rising about 5% a year, a £45,000 first year becomes roughly £142,000 across the initial term before any added users or modules.
  • Services after go-live. Change orders and configuration work outside the Statement of Work are billed at the services rate (GBP 190 an hour on the UK list), or bought in advance as Cority Advantage Program hours from £4,552 a year for 20 hours, with a two-year minimum.
  • Getting the carbon data in. Scope 3 for most US companies is purchased goods and services, and that data sits in accounts payable as supplier invoices. Whoever maps those lines to categories and factors, Cority's consultants or your own team, is a cost on top of the platform.

Cority pricing next to other published carbon prices

Cority sits with the enterprise EHS and ESG suites, which mostly sell by quote. Where a vendor does publish, the figure below comes from its own pricing page, AWS Marketplace listing or government price list, read in October 2026; Watershed publishes nothing and is shown with labeled Vendr buyer data. The Cority and Sphera rows are UK public-sector list prices in pounds for their safety modules, because neither publishes a carbon price.

Is Cority worth the cost?

Cority is worth the cost when carbon is one of several EHS programs you want on a single platform. A manufacturer or hospital system that already runs incident management, occupational health and environmental permits in Cority gets carbon data next to the site records it already keeps, under one vendor and one login. Cority cites an independent Verdantix study of CorityOne customers that found a 171% return over three years, with most of the benefit from reduced illness, injury and fatality costs rather than from carbon reporting.

It is more than the job needs when the job is one defensible inventory. A customer questionnaire, a CDP response, or a first SB 253 report (Scope 1 and 2, due November 10, 2026) does not call for a three-year EHS commitment and an implementation project. For that buyer the work is classifying a year of supplier invoices into scopes and categories with evidence behind every line, which is what we sell at a published price.

A cheaper route when carbon is the only job

Upload the vendor ledger from your ERP and every line gets a proposed scope and one of the 15 Scope 3 categories with a reason and a confidence score. Only uncertain lines go to a reviewer, every override is logged, and every tonne stays linked to the invoice line that produced it, which is what an assurance provider samples. Plans run from $2,340 to $41,880 a year, monthly or annual, with no three-year term. The product-level comparison is on Cority carbon accounting alternatives, and if Cority is up against another EHS suite, read Enablon vs Cority vs Sphera or Cority vs Intelex for GHG reporting software.

How to negotiate a Cority quote

  1. 01 Ask for the module, user and implementation lines separately. The UK list proves Cority prices them that way, so a single bundled number hides where the money goes.
  2. 02 Cap the annual uplift. The list moves about 5% a year. Put a written cap on the uplift for the initial three years and the first renewal.
  3. 03 Price the second module before you sign the first. Two or more modules earn 20% off the module total on the UK list; ask whether the same discount applies to a module added in year two.
  4. 04 Count users by type. Portal users who only submit data cost a fraction of a power user. Make sure suppliers and site staff are licensed as portal users, not as named power users.
  5. 05 Fix the implementation scope and date. Ask for the Statement of Work, the size tier it is priced at, and the date of the first usable carbon inventory.
  6. 06 Compare Standard and Enterprise models. If headcount is large and growing, the fixed-fee Enterprise model may cost less over three years than Standard pricing that grows with every user.

Other enterprise platforms that publish a price, or have reliable buyer data, are covered on Microsoft Sustainability Manager pricing, IBM Envizi pricing, Watershed pricing and Persefoni pricing. A side-by-side of the two EHS suites' fee structures is in Sphera vs Cority subscription fees. How the same levers move a quote across the category is on carbon accounting software cost, and our own plans are on the pricing page.

01 How much does Cority cost?
Cority quotes every customer, so there is no US list price. Its UK G-Cloud 14 price list shows the structure: a single Safety Cloud module costs £12,443 to £34,650 a year in 2026, administrator licences are £2,350.85 each, and implementation runs from £10,000 to £200,000. Contracts start with a three-year term.
02 Does Cority publish pricing?
Not for US buyers. Cority's pricing page explains the model (subscription over an initial three-year term, Standard or Enterprise subscription, one-time implementation) but gives no figures. The only published Cority numbers are on its UK government G-Cloud 14 listing for Safety Cloud and Health Cloud.
03 What is the Cority software pricing model?
Cority charges a recurring subscription for the modules and users you license plus a one-time implementation project. Standard pricing grows as users and modules are added with an annual uplift; Enterprise pricing is a fixed fee that licenses all employees, with only the annual uplift applying.
04 How much does Cority Sustainability Cloud cost?
Cority does not publish a Sustainability Cloud price, and it is not on the UK G-Cloud list. Expect the same structure as the rest of CorityOne: a module licence, user licences, an implementation project and optional advisory services, on a three-year term.
05 How long is a Cority contract?
Cority says the subscription is committed over an initial three-year term. Its UK price list also shows list prices rising about 5% a year, so negotiate a cap on the annual uplift for the full term and the first renewal.
06 How much does Cority implementation cost?
On the UK G-Cloud 14 list, Safety Essentials has a fixed implementation fee of £53,582 in 2026. Other modules are sized Extra Small to Extra Large at £10,000, £20,000, £50,000, £100,000 or £200,000, and extra work is billed at GBP 190 an hour.
07 What is a cheaper alternative to Cority for carbon accounting?
If you need an evidenced Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory rather than an EHS platform, a ledger-based tool costs far less. CarbonAccounting.ai publishes Ledger at $2,340, Compliance at $7,740, Assurance at $23,400 and Enterprise at $41,880 a year, with no three-year term.

Cority's pricing model and contract terms come from cority.com/pricing; Sustainability Cloud features from cority.com/sustainability-cloud; module, user, implementation and services prices from Cority's Safety Cloud pricing document on the UK Digital Marketplace (G-Cloud 14, document dated January 15, 2026), listed in pounds sterling excluding VAT for UK public-sector buyers. SpheraCloud figures come from Sphera's G-Cloud 14 Health and Safety pricing document. Microsoft, Persefoni and IBM prices come from each vendor's own pricing page or AWS Marketplace listing, and Watershed figures are Vendr buyer data. All read in October 2026.
