Planned pricing at launch. Nothing is charged today. Requesting access adds you to the early-access list; there is no card field, no checkout, and no obligation. All plan inclusions are planned capabilities and are written as plans, not shipped features.

There is no free tier. The live demo is the free taste: the real classification pass, ungated, on your own data. The alternative this pricing competes with is not a $49 tool; it is a consulting engagement, repeated every year.

02 Security

Security & control · planned enterprise commitments

SSO/SAML + SCIM provisioning

Identity stays in your directory; seats provision and deprovision automatically.

Role-based access + maker-checker

Any change to a posting needs a second approver. Classification is controlled, not casual.

Immutable audit log + method versioning

Every factor choice, override and restatement is a recorded event with an owner and a reason.

EU data residency + DPA + encryption

Data encrypted in transit and at rest, EU residency on request, DPA signed on request.

Invoicing, PO and net-30 billing

Procurement-friendly commercial terms with a named onboarding engineer.

99.9% uptime SLA on Enterprise

A written availability commitment, with credits, on the Enterprise tier.

These are planned controls for launch, written as commitments. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap before general availability; we will say so here the day it is real. We do not print badges we have not earned.

03 Pricing questions

Asked by the budget owner

Pricing questions, answered plainly

01 Why these numbers?
Because the comparison is a consulting engagement, not another SaaS line item. A first inventory bought as hours costs multiples of the Ledger tier and produces a document instead of a system. We do not quote competitor prices: none of them publishes one, and we will not fabricate a comparison column. Their pages say 'talk to sales'; ours says the price.
02 What does the ROI case look like without invented numbers?
Time: the classification pass over an AP export is the multi-week part of a first inventory, and that is the automated part; your reviewer reviews instead of typing. Money: a subscription is a retained asset, next year starts from this year's ledger instead of a blank engagement. Risk: an assured disclosure needs lineage a spreadsheet cannot reproduce eighteen months later. We do not print an hours-saved figure, because we have not measured yours.
03 Is there a plan for consultants?
Yes, that is the Assurance tier's multi-client shape at launch; consultants run client inventories with the classification automated and keep the advisory margin. If you run 10 or more inventories a year, request access and say so; early consultant users shape this plan.
04 What happens when I request access?
You confirm your email with a 6-digit code and join the early-access list. No card, no checkout, no obligation. When onboarding opens we email you; if we conclude the product is not worth your time, we email you that instead and delete your address.
05 Will prices change at launch?
Possibly; that is why they are labelled planned. Early-access members will see any change before it applies and will never be charged without explicitly subscribing after launch.

Run it on your own numbers first.
