Salesforce Net Zero Cloud pricing and add-on costs for Agentforce Net Zero

The short answer: Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, now sold as Agentforce Net Zero, costs $210,000 per org a year for the Growth edition on Salesforce's own Asia Pacific price list, billed annually with one full CRM license included. The US pricing page shows the same edition with "Contact us for pricing". Add-ons are extra: External Engagement Management for supplier data is $60,000 per org a year, Multi-Organization Support $24,000, and additional users $25 per user a month. For a Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory on its own, published plans start at $2,340 a year.

This guide is for a US controller, sustainability lead or Salesforce platform owner who has been offered Net Zero Cloud by an account executive, or is pricing it before a renewal, and wants to know what the number is made of. Every Salesforce figure below was read in October 2026 from Salesforce's Net Zero Cloud pricing pages, the US page at salesforce.com/net-zero/pricing and the Asia Pacific page that still prints the USD list prices. Salesforce prices change and vary by agreement, so treat these as list prices, not your quote.

How much does Salesforce Net Zero Cloud cost?

Salesforce Net Zero Cloud costs $210,000 a year per org at list price for the Growth edition, which is the only edition on Salesforce's current pricing pages. The price is per org, not per seat, and the edition includes one full CRM license. Anyone else who needs to work in the product is added through the Additional Users license at $25 a month each, or $300 a year. Ten extra contributors add $3,000 a year, which is small next to the edition fee.

The bigger jumps come from the add-ons. A company that wants suppliers to report their own emissions through External Engagement Management pays another $60,000 a year. A franchisor or investor that wants franchisees or portfolio companies to do their environmental accounting inside one parent org pays $24,000 for Multi-Organization Support. Put both on the Growth edition and the list price passes $294,000 a year before analytics seats, AI or a success plan. Third-party listings such as TrustRadius still describe a cheaper Starter edition around $48,000 a year, but Salesforce's own pricing pages no longer show it, so ask your account executive whether it can still be bought before you plan around it.

What the Growth edition includes for the price

Salesforce's pricing FAQ is the clearest guide to the Scope 3 coverage, and it matters because Scope 3 is usually most of a footprint. The lighter Scope 3 package, which Salesforce calls Scope 3 Light, covers business travel (category 6) and freight (categories 4 and 9). The Growth plan adds waste (categories 5 and 12) and Scope 3 Hub, a matching tool that calculates spend-based emissions for purchased goods and services (category 1) and other spend-based categories, so you can categorize emissions and assign emission factors at scale.

Around that sit the platform features the price reflects: emissions records stored as Salesforce objects, what-if scenario analysis and forecasting, ESG disclosure tooling, and the Salesforce security and permission model your admins already run. Generative AI is not in the edition by default. The FAQ says customers need Net Zero Cloud plus an Einstein for Platform, Einstein for Sales Cloud or Agentforce for Service Cloud SKU to use it, and the Agentforce for Net Zero Cloud add-on is priced per user on top.

Salesforce Net Zero Cloud costs beyond the list price

  • Implementation. Net Zero Cloud is configured inside your org: record types, data loads from utilities, travel and finance, factor sets and dashboards. Most companies use an admin team or a Salesforce partner, priced separately.
  • Success plan. Standard, Premier and Signature plans are listed with "Contact us" instead of a price, and the higher tiers are usually priced as a share of your license spend.
  • Analytics seats. What-if analysis, visual forecasting and the DEI dashboard sit behind Advanced Analytics and Forecasting at $165 per user a month, so five analysts add $9,900 a year.
  • Getting the spend data in. Scope 3 Hub matches spend, but the spend has to be loaded and mapped first. If your general ledger is not already in Salesforce, that is an integration project.

Salesforce Net Zero Cloud pricing compared with other carbon accounting software

Net Zero Cloud is the most expensive published list price in the category. Each figure below comes from the vendor's own pricing page or AWS Marketplace listing, read in October 2026, except Watershed, which publishes nothing and is shown with Vendr buyer data, labeled as such.

Is Salesforce Net Zero Cloud worth the cost?

Salesforce Net Zero Cloud is worth the cost when Salesforce is already the system of record for your business, a Salesforce team can own the configuration, and you want emissions, supplier engagement and ESG disclosure in the same org as sales and service data. Franchise and portfolio businesses get real value from Multi-Organization Support, and a company with hundreds of suppliers to survey gets a working portal from External Engagement Management instead of a spreadsheet chase.

It is more than the job needs when the job is the number itself. A first SB 253 report covers Scope 1 and 2 and is due November 10, 2026; a CDP response or a customer request asks for one defensible inventory. For most US companies the biggest line is Scope 3 category 1, purchased goods and services, and that data sits in accounts payable, not in the CRM. That is the work we automate. You upload the AP export from your ERP, each line gets a proposed scope and one of the 15 Scope 3 categories with a reason and a confidence score, and only the uncertain lines go to a reviewer. Every tonne stays linked to its invoice line, which is what an assurance provider samples, and the finished inventory can be loaded into Salesforce later if you want it there.

How to negotiate a Salesforce Net Zero Cloud quote

  1. Ask for the US price in writing against the $210,000 list. Salesforce publishes the Growth list price on its Asia Pacific page; use it as the anchor for any discount.
  2. Ask whether Starter can still be bought. If your Scope 3 is mostly travel and freight, a lighter package may cover it, so get a clear yes or no.
  3. Buy add-ons in year two, not year one. Supplier engagement at $60,000 is worth it once the inventory exists and you know which suppliers matter.
  4. Count users before you count analytics seats. Contributors at $25 a month are cheap; only people who build forecasts need the $165 analytics seat.
  5. Co-term with your Salesforce renewal. Adding Net Zero Cloud to an existing enterprise agreement usually gets better terms than a standalone order.
  6. Fix the renewal uplift before you sign. Annual contracts renew; agree the cap on next year's increase and make sure it is in the order form you send for e-signature, not only in an email thread.
