On October 22, 2025, Diligent, the board and governance software company, announced that it "will transition its carbon accounting clients to Persefoni's market-leading platform" and take an equity position in Persefoni. Diligent's carbon product, Diligent ESG, was built on Accuvio, which Diligent bought in 2021. Neither company published a migration timeline, and Diligent's carbon accounting pages were still live when we read them in September 2026. Persefoni publishes three things and quotes the rest. Persefoni Pro is free, with no trial period or credit card, for a single user; it covers Scope 1, 2 and 3, while GHG metrics reports, including the CDP one, and concierge support are paid add-ons. Its California managed service was listed at $25,000 for an SB 253 Scope 1 and 2 inventory, $25,000 for an SB 261 report and $40,000 for both until October 2026, when the compliance services pricing page was folded into the main pricing page without those figures, per the page read in September 2026.
